Specialist Area: Land Titles and associated legalities After running several businesses out of Sydney for over 35 years in the legal services and property conveyancing space, I have recently retired and I'm devoting my time to projects which interest me. My most recent consultancy was with the Start Up competitor to PEXA, which recently listed. My expertise is in land titles and the processes which surround it. |

Vice President : Sheree McKenzie
My husband and I were watching a Current Affairs program back in 2007 and there was a Real Estate Agent spruiking blocks of land for sale. We bought one knowing that we couldn't build on it at the time...but thinking it would only take a swipe of the pen to change the laws...little did we know how tough the re-zoning process would be, so I'm willing to "put my mouth where my money is" and be part of building the voice so that together we can bring about change and ultimately build on the investment we made 17 years ago. |

Treasurer : Joelle Jello
I bought my block of land at the age of 28 years with anticipation to retire at North Arm Cove in the future. I have high hopes that the community can achieve the common goal which is building on our blocks. I have extensive experience working as a consultant Project Manager and I have completed my Masters in Construction Project Management. I joined the committee to assist in making this transformation that everyone is wishing for. |

Like the majority of landowners, we purchased our land with hope in mind. Hope that this beautiful area of North Arm Cove can be used and enjoyed for generations more to come. This is what has driven me to join the committee and help to bring about change to this area, change that can come about sustainably. I am a civil engineer with experience in environmental management, engineering and community consultation on major infrastructure projects. My hope is that I can use my skills to help bring about collaborative change to North Arm Cove.

I’ve owned North Arm Cove land for four years. I love camping with the family every opportunity we get. I love nature and would love to build an eco friendly home to live among NAC flora and fauna, and friendly neighbours. I work for the Youth Justice, Department of Communities and Justice. I was prepared to be the part of NACRPA because I want to see non urban land developed. Since I bought my land I have been part of many groups trying to get the land rezoned, but unfortunately they have all stopped, so I made the decision to invest my time to see this through with a number of other families just like me, ensuring we follow the right and required processes to see it through.

I have enjoyed the North Arm Cove area for many years and Port Stephens in general. I took the plunge buying a modest block to get a foothold in the area and joined the committee to assist in our quest for rezoning. I would like to especially assist in getting more memberships. My experience has been in public administration, having worked in both state and local government for around 30 years. Hobbies are politics, law, tennis and cycling. I have qualifications in Applied Science, Public Administration and Property Management. Currently studying for a law degree. I have experience working for a number of community groups in a voluntary capacity. Hoping to be of some value to the committee from a strategic perspective. |
