We would appreciate any financial support that is offered, in an effort to progress development options on our land. Examples of what additional funds could be used for include funding development plans, co-funding for grant opportunities, legal fees, ongoing website costs etc. Our Association is a Not-for-Profit Incorporated entity, NOT a registered charity, however we can provide a receipt of the donation given. As an Incorporated Association, we are legally obliged to record and present all income and expenditure at our annual AGM. Thank you for your support. The North Arm Cove Rate Payers Association is a community of landowners, both non-urban and village, who have formally and legally organized in order to address issues affecting us all. We have all tried the individual approach over past decades and it has not brought the change we are looking for.
As a community we have a better chance. Read more here: Your Committee
As a legally registered Association, we can apply for various forms of funding and grants that aren’t available to individuals. The more members that are in the Association, the more seriously our requests and contributions to the area will be considered. It also ensures that NACRPA will be more representative of the community of North Arm Cove.
At the same time, as a community and legal entity we have more responsibilities and accountability. The minutes of committee meetings are made available for public record and all finances (membership fees) must be stringently recorded and accounted for.

As a registered Association under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009, NACRPA is legally obliged to collect membership details for its Register of Members. At a minimum, these details include full name, address and contact details for each member. The Register is only held by the Secretary and will not be shared with anyone else.
